A few words about us


Our Vision

Simulation based learning helps people build real world skills. Simulations enable people to practice tasks, gain insights and learn new abilities in a safe focused environment. By developing technologies that help improve how we learn, teach and train we believe we can help contribute to a better tomorrow.


Esperient-PTAV was founded to build affordable simulation technologies that make the design, creation, publishing and adoption of simulation based learning both technically and economically viable. Our technologies, products and services help people build skills to improve lives.


Our Name

Learning should be a hopeful experience and the name Esperient is derived from two latin words for hope and experience. The PTAV postfix originates with our business focus. We believe effective simulation based learning,education and training materials are the result of:

  • Process - industry best practises based design, development process supported by appropriate tools
  • Training - Our core focus built on training needs analysis and design, development and delivery
  • Analysis - To see what works we need to analyze and assess both student and simulation performance
  • Vision - a long term Vision for education and training.

    What we do

    We create training and education solutions. Our Esperient technology platform provides an end to end simulation based learning development and delivery platforms which manage all aspects of simulation based learning design, development, delivery and in use performance analysis. Our training and education services develop simulation based learning curricula and training courses for partners and customers.
